CTS Plugin Registration Error in SAP

The team is receiving errors when distributing the CTS_SERVICE plugin through SZENCONFIG, showing a "PLUGIN_NOT_REGISTERED" message. Hi Team,

We are getting error “tp command CREATECOFILE reported an error for system” while distributing
CTS_SERVICE Plugin thru SZENCONFIG. We can see “PLUGIN_NOT_REGISTERED” error in TMS Alert
Viewer which in detail shows error message “The plug-in SAP_CTS_SERVICE is not registered in the
bootstrapper”. This is happening with all systems with SAP_BASIS 7.40 SP12 and SP14.

Kindly help us get this resolved. cCTS enabling project is due to GO LIVE.

Let us also know if cCTS works with SOLMAN 7.2 system as Domain controller and having other Domain
links to it.
