Language Barriers in International Schools

This survey examines the effects of language barriers in an international school. It asks students about their comfort interacting with students of other races who speak different dialects, how often they socially interact with foreign students, whether they hesitate to approach other races, and their level of agreement that English is the main language of instruction. Students are also asked if they experienced culture shock and their preferred methods for group work. Finally, it inquires about other resources used to understand different languages and their opinions on solutions to overcome language barrier situations.
