Anger is absolutely normal and healthy human emotion. But when it gets out of
control, it becomes destructive and may lead to problematic consequences such as violent
and aggressive behaviors. This paper analyzed the anger manifestations, anger
expressions and anger management strategies of the students of the College of Arts and
Sciences. Descriptive correlational design was used in the analysis of data for the 227
respondents. Comprehensive review of literatures was used to cross-validate and provide
interpretations for the gathered data. Socio-demographic profile of the respondents has a
significant relationship with manifestations of anger and anger management strategies.
Also, expressions of anger are related to anger management strategies. An anger
management program is designed to help students handle their anger.
