PREPARATION 3 Hammer 2 pcs
4 Grinder 1 pcs
5 Spanners 1 set
6 Wood or Pipe 1.5 inch 4m
7 Fire Estinguiser 1 set
8 Hand Pallet 1 unit

2 Scaffolding
SCAFFOLDING
1 Be Carefull when install Scaffolding
Scaffolding will be do in Top floor and Bottom floor
Scaffolding catwalk will be install Crossing in each floor 2 When Install Wear Safety Belt

TEMPLATE 3 Template ( at Top and Bottom Floor ) 1 Install Template Must be Rigid
1 Confirmation the As corridor and floor finishing
2 Confirmation to main contractor if there is structure will chipping (at Least 50 mm)
3 Piano wire must do to know the rail position
4 Clean after installation process

BRACKET MAIN RAIL & 4 Braket Main Rail & CWT 1 When Welding Process, the Worker prepare Fire Extinguisher
CWT RAIL
1 Set position vertikal and horizontal bracket rail with waterpass 2 Prepare Fire Blanket
2 Check braket rail Before Welding Process in Bracket

5 Rail Erection
1 Prepare the rail before Installation 1 Be Carefull, the Worker must keep the material and tool, don’t pull down
RAIL ERECTION 2 Prepare Electric winch which will be hoist 2 The worker must wear helm safety helm and Safety belt
3 Hoist the rail slowly 3 Be Carefull the finger when do rail joint

6 Rail Allignment
1 Check the piano wire is right. 1 Be Carefull, the Worker must keep the material and tool, don’t pull down
RAIL ALLIGNMENT
2 Piano wire in rail car or CWT must be between of rail
3 Do this Installation until Top Floor

7 Assembling Car & CWT


ASSEMBLING CAR & 1 Position Assembling Car on Top Floor and CWT on Ground Floor, 1 When car assembling must know the chain block location
CWT 2 Setting horizontal position with waterpas 2 When car assembling must prepare the bottom channel was braked condition
with wire

ASSEMBLING T/M & 8 Assembling T/M & Control Panel


CONTROL PANEL 1 Prepare the Electrical Lay out about location of Control Panel. 1 When Setting traction Machine must know the chain block location
2 The Place of Machine Beam must same with Template

9 Assembling Sill Support, Sill, Jamb, Hanger case & Hatch foor
SILL SUPPORT, SILL,
JAMB. HANGER CASE, &
1 Installation Sill Support, Sill, and Hangercase must know location of piano wire 1 When Welding Process, the Worker prepare Fire Extinguisher
HATCH DOOR 2 Jamb installation must use waterpass 2 Be Carefull, the Worker must keep the material and tool, don’t pull down
3 Hatch door Installation must know the gap between door and Jamb 3 Prepare Fire Blanket
4 Safety Barricade will be install in each floor which protect with pipe

10 Wiring on Car Top Station, Car Operating , Travelling Cable & Indicator 1 Be Carefull with Electric Current
1 Prepare the tool and materials 2 Be Carefull when do in car above

2 Wiring on Car Operating Panel, Car top station, Travelling cable & Indicator

11 Dismantling Scaffolding
DISMANTLING

12 Testing & Commissioning
