Thank you for your time attending Ibadan U900 alignment meeting. Please find below actions points as
agreed:

1. Nokia to enable Coverage Based Inter-Frequency HO (U2100 U900) with 2d/2f settings (@-17
dB / -15 dB, Hysteresis of 2 dBs)  AP: Shoaib.
2. Huawei to update:
1. Idle Mode:
i. Idle mode parameter setting, IdleQoffset2sn, U900  F1 @ -20 dBs
ii. Idle mode parameter setting, IdleQoffset2sn, U900  F2 @ -20 dBs
iii. Idle mode parameter setting, IdleQoffset2sn, F1  U900  @ 20 dBs
iv. Idle mode parameter setting, IdleQoffset2sn, F2  U900  @ 20 dBs
2. U900 Cell Configuration:
i. Qqualmin  -18 dBs
ii. sSearchRAT 2 dBs

3. G1800  U900 mobility

ii. FDDFreqNum  1 (to be verified)
4. Neighbor relations
i. U2100 U900 Interfreq relation additions (both direction)
ii. U900 G1800 IRAT relation additions (both directions)
iii. G900 Neighbor deletions  Since we are shutting G900 and make space for neighbor additions from
other technologies
3. Huawei to update the strategy slides (please take out G900 layer) and share scripts for Nokia & MTN
to revise To be delivered latest on Thursday, May/24th at 3pm.
4. For L800 Layer, Huawei/Nokia need to add it to be part of our strategy (Neighbors, CSFB…etc.) – We
can discuss it further tomorrow.
5. Site lists for U900 sites for activation and G900 sites to shut down are attached.
6. Target date for implementation  Thursday, 24th of May, mid night (Early Friday morning). AP:
Huawei.

@Huawei, please cross check the above against Ife U900 plan especially when it comes to Neighbor relations
definition/addition and in case we missed any point, kindly raise it and let’s discuss.
