Judge: Arraign the accused.

Accused Clark Gammad Medina allegedly commits a crime of Bigamy, Art. 349 of the
Revised
Penal Code, committed as follows:
That on or about the 28
th
day of August 2014 in Las Pinas City, Philippines, the above-named
accused CLARK GAMMAD MEDINA, being then legally married to one LEA OLIVAR-
MEDINA, and
as said marriage has not been legally dissolved and still subsisting, did then and there
willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously contract a subsequent or second marriage with his co-accused
BETINA
CANLAS MEDINA, who knowingly consented and agreed to be married to her co-accused
CLARK
GAMMAD MEDINA knowing him to be a married man, to the damage and prejudice of the
said
offended party LEA OLIVAR-MEDINA.
Contrary to law.
