1. Objective(s):
This activity aims to
1. Monitor the limit of a product with the use of their data.
2. Control both temperature and humidity manually and automatically.
3. Simulate the environment of a specific places where the material will potentially be used.
4. Show the simplest way of testing an industrial product.
2. Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs):
At the end of this activity, the student shall be able to
1. create MATLAB and LabVIEW programs that will simulate electrical, mechanical and position
control systems; and
3. Discussion
Strength of materials are one of the criteria on creating or producing an industrial product. However, most
of the time the environment of the material influence their performance specifically the combined effects
of temperature and humidity. The aim of this project is to simulate the effects of the effects of both humidity
and temperature of a specific environment and how will they affect the said product. Using LabVIEW, we
can monitor the limit of the product on the said climate.
4. Resources:
To perform this activity, a computer workstation with LabVIEW installed is required. For LabVIEW, the
control design and simulation module.

DATA AND RESULTS
Annual Weather Averages in Tuguegarao Based on Weather Reports Collected from 2005- 2015
Annual Weather Averages in Baguio Based on Weather Reports Collected from 2005- 2015
Annual Weather Averages in Manila Based on Weather Reports Collected from 2005- 2015
DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION
The bar graphs provides technical advice on 3 of the most extreme weathers to use the industrial
products. Information on weather conditions, including specific parameters to consider is included. The
information is based on the weather reports that has been gathered by the site and make a data analysis.
This list is by no means exhaustive. Rather, it should be used as an example of the types of information
needed for any industrial products testing and help readers target their research when choosing a location
that is not listed here.
CONCLUSION
The climate chamber is a complex system. It consists of many factors that affect the physical and useful
life of various products that we are using today. Various environment factors are interrelated and they
cannot be considered singly without regard for the effect on the others as well the total effect on the plant.
Therefore, it is essential to define what the system inputs and outputs of a climate chamber are and how
they affect one another.
