Dear Sir Ramon:

In accordance with our meeting last August 18, 2018, we have discussed and agreed to
provide legal services in a retainer basis in all matters concerning the business affairs of
CORPORATION a duly organized and existing corporation under the law.

We wish to thank you for selecting us the undersigned lawyers for the legal services
that we will render and we also wish to confirm our agreement as to fees and payment
subject to your approval.

In line with this, attached is our proposal for retainer agreement for the legal services
that we will render in your favor, for your perusal and subsequent approval. If there is
anything you do not agree with, or if there is anything you would like to discuss before
signing, please inform us promptly.

If you want us to proceed on the basis described with the attached, please sign both
copies of this agreement in the space provided and return the copy to us or feel free to
set a meeting for the formal closure of the said agreement. Thank you very much!
