1. Go to IFLOT table.

Enter superior function location: - ****/***

Enter Functional loc. Exclude single values as shown below.


Execute. Note down Building function location numbers.
2. Come to AUSP table.
Enter the function locations in object number.
Enter characteristic as shown & Execute.

Note down email ids of Engineer, Property manager, Park head & GMOPERATION.

Now classify Engineer which building will come under him, Property Manager which building will
come under him, Park head which building will come under him and GM operation which
building will come under him.
Now use this information to Query VIAFKOS table.

In VIAFKOS table

Pass order type: - PM01, CM01, CM02, BREK

Function location: - Which you got from above logic.

Order category: - 30

Extract Monthly planning and Month end report. Send email in such a way that Engineer should his
building report. Property manager should get his building report. Park head should get his buildings
report. GM operation should get his building report.

In Monthly planning report.

In Mail body only give overview building wise apart from existing mail body. Display this overview
based on Previous Months no of orders Descending Order.

Building 1

Previous Months (P) = 1000

Current Month (P) = 4000

In Month End report.

In Mail body only give overview building wise apart from existing mail body. Display this overview
based on Pending percentage in descending order.

Building 1

Completed = 1000

Pending (C) = 100

Pending (P) =30

Pending Percentage= 11.5%
