Acetic Acid Measurement Project Report

Urvash Shende completed a chemistry investigatory project to measure the amount of acetic acid in vinegar. The project was conducted under the guidance of chemistry teacher Ms. Urvashi Tiwari. The aim was to determine the concentration of acetic acid in different vinegar samples through acid-base titration. Materials used included vinegar, sodium hydroxide solution, phenolphthalein indicator. The experimental procedure involved titrating vinegar samples with sodium hydroxide and recording the volumes.
