SUBJECT: 2018 SPDP MODULE
| REFERENCE:
APD Executive Committee Meeting dated July 14, 2014.
I PURPOSE:
To provide a standard guidelines in the implementation of the Service Providers
Development Program (SPDP) to all Ayala Land-owned and managed properties
nationwide.
I, SCOPE:
1. This guideline will apply to all security personnel deployed and rendering security
services in Ayala-owned and managed properties
2. The following members of the Asset Protection Team will ensure the widest
dissemination and strict implementation of this guidelines:
a. Geographical Asset Protection Managers (GAPMs)
b. Asset Protection Managers (APMs)
c. Asset Protection Coordinators (APC) / SBU Security Managers
d. Management Team of Security Service Providers
3. The SPDP Champion will conduct proper and regular monitoring of provisions of
this guidelines and render updates pertinent thereto to the APD Executive
Committee on a quarterly basis.
IV. BASIC GUIDELINES:
1. All subjects covered under the SPDP will be taken up within the calendar year.
SPDP subjects for the year is reflected in Annex A and Annex B.
2. The SPDP Champion will be the one to identify necessary topics that will serve
as the learning focus for every subject. This will be reflected in the program
timelines as approved by the APD Executive Committee.
3. The APD Operations Officer will ensure the dissemination of the approved SPDP
subjects of the year to all Operations Managers of Security Service Providers who
will ensure its implementation. Its implementation.
4, The Geographical Asset Protection Managers (GAPMs), APCs and/or SBU
Security Managers will supervise the proper implementation of the SPDP in
accordance to this guideline and in line with the approved SPDP subjects for the
year.
5. The selection of qualified trainers, training venues, tools and equipment, and
other miscellaneous items necessary to implement the program will be the sole
and independent responsibility of the APD Operations Managers Council.6. Qualification and competencies of selected trainers will be submitted to the APD
Operations Managers Council for evaluation and approval
7. Security Service Providers will submit an After-Activity Report documenting the
implementation and compliance to its respective GAPMs or APCs/SBU Security
Managers with a copy furnished to APD HQ within seven (7) days upon
‘completion of each SPDP subject.

This guideline will take effect immediately upon approval
