With humble request, it is stated that I am working as ESE (Science-Math) at GPS


16/KB Tehsil Pakpattan. I have completed my [Link] Degree in English Literature under
Registration No. ---------- Session 2016-18 from --------------- in Weekend Classes by obtaining
NOC from Worthy DPO Pakpattan before joining Education Department. I have also verified my
Degree from concerned Institute and duly attested by HEC Islamabad.

I am not receiving Higher Qualification Allowance in my current pay. So, kindly grant the
Higher Qualification Allowance to me. All the required documents are attached along my
application. I will be very thankful to you for this kind act.
