New Chlorine Plant


GIPEC – Groupe Industriel du Papier et de la Cellulose – awarded Technoedif Engenharia, S.A. a Technical-
economic Feasibility Study for the construction of a new Chlorine Plant in Algeria.
The intent of the study is the preparation of a document that covers all aspects, such as technical, economic,
financial, social, institutional, rules and regulations etc. that will have an influence and an impact on the execution of
the project allowing to define the conditions for the execution, viability and profitability, also defining a program for
the stages past project construction.
The study should be completed within 6 months. The study will be done in phases as it has been divided into 6 parts,
each of them dealing separately with the various aspects of the study.
