LEARNING ACTIVITIES
SET INDUCTION / Playing the game ‘Simon Says’
WARM UP ACT (1) Pupils are explained the procedure of Activity 1. by the Tr.
(2) Pupils play the game Simon Says’.
(3) Pupils are asked to do the action of activities as dictate by their Tr. and
friends.
(4) Tr. uses the activity to introduce the lesson of the day to the pupils.
ACTIVITY 1 Listening & Singing to song ‘Having Fun’ (TB pg 25).
(5) Pupils are explained the procedure of Activity 2.
(6) Pupils listen and sing along to the song ‘Having fun.’
(7) Pupils answer some questions posed based on the text heard.
ACTIVITY 2 Written exercise – number the word hear and complete the song lyric
(8) Pupils are explained the procedure of Activity 2.
(9) Pupils are distributed with Worksheet A.
(10) Pupils number the words heard correctly and fill in the blanks with the
missing words.
(11) Pupils discuss the answers with Tr.
CLOSURE (10) Pupils discuss the moral value of the day.
