➢ Handling plant and properly utilizing the manpower of 4 operators at the shifts and
also conduct training for operators in plant.
➢ Reporting to Shift superintend and assist him to control/mitigate process
emergencies and emergency shutdown.
➢ Monitor & troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment condition for smooth
operation of plant.
➢ Discuss unit conditions and abnormalities with all concerned departments and hand
over equipments for maintenance following work permit system.
➢ To maintain parameters, keep checks on quality and maintain them during shift to

commissioning.
