Dear Sir,

I, the undersigned would like to express wish to apply in ranking process and hopefully get
permanently appointed for a Full-Time Teacher 1 in the Junior or Senior High Shool for the school
year 2018-2019.Enclosed is my updated resume for your review.I firmly believe that my related
experience, knowledge, and skills would be compatible to achieve the vision of your institution.

In 2013, I completed my degree in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Major in English at


West Visayas State University (Calinog Campus). While completing my degree, I was able to teach
the second year college English class in our school as a part of our in campus teaching in fulfilment to
one of our subjects. I also completed my Practice Teaching at Calinog National Comprehensive
High School teaching grade 7 english classes. During that time, I fondly experienced the fulfillment
and joy of teaching and surpassed the challenges that came my way.

I am a PRC-registered Professional Teacher since January 03, 2014 . Though I haven’t had a teaching
experience yet, I believe that I am ready to take the responsibilities of a teacher as I have already
equipped myself with skills and leanings which I have gained through the series of lectures I attended
and in the different seminars and trainings I attended in the past and through the previous jobs I had.

Believing that education is the key to success of the students, I hope to be a part of your
established school which has been always known as the producer of young students known for
their excellence in various fields. My goal to provide an interesting learning environment that
encourages students to be the best while honing my skills further as a teacher.

I chose to submit my application in your institution as you provide a very good opportunity to
your teachers to hone their skills and to improve themselves by participating in various
professional development workshops and trainings in and out of the school. I also found your
school appears to be the best in most aspects. I believe choosing what is best can bring out the
best in people like me who want to improve continuously.

I am hoping that you will give me an opportunity to have my first teaching experience in your
reputed school.
