for consumer use only. Any travel agent/tour operator/consolidator/aggregator should not use
this site for individual/ group bookings. In the event of bookings by any travel agent/tour
operator/consolidator/aggregator through the Site are detected, the Company reserves the right,
including without limitation, to cancel such bookings immediately without any notice to such
travel agent/tour operator/aggregator/consolidator and/or to withhold payments/commissions
thereto. The various discounts and offers mentioned on the Site are applicable to the Consumer
for the purposes of end use only.

Paytm is responsible for:


a. Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for it’s network of bus
operators.
b. Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.
c. Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience.

Paytm is not responsible for:


a. The bus operator’s bus seats etc not being up to the customer’s expectation.
b. The bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
c. The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
d. The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.
