I learned from the City Human Resources Management Office that the position for
Administrative Officer III of the SP Secretariat Office is currently open. I am very much interested
to apply for this position commensurate to my qualifications.

I am Timothy Jansen B. Allas, 25 years old, a graduate of AB English at the Cagayan State
University and now a 3rd year Law student of the same University – Andrews Campus. I am a Civil
Service Professional Level passer. Attached herewith are my credentials and required documents.

I humbly believe that with the knowledge and skills I gained from the trainings I had while
in college and present education, plus my determination to serve, I could be an asset not only to
this office, but also to the government of Tuguegarao City and be a worthy public servant for the
