FYP DETAILS:

Project Name: “Centralized Building Management and Security Nucleus”

Details:
It is an optimized solution for energy conservation through quantified
monitoring and metering, Establishing a concrete solution to neutralize
potent security threats and set up modern lifestyle by introducing
automation.
All three considerations were made into an Android app with
firebase as a backend cloud server. Raspberry pi and Arduino along with
Acs712 were used for monitoring the energy consumption which through
cloud was translated into the android application which acted as a client.
Security was achieved through livestream from a pi through a flask server
whilst automation was done through relays and a relative communication
between firebase server and the android app.

My Contribution:
I was the group leader and was mainly involved in software development of our
Project. I worked on Android studio as well as helped setting up firebase on the pi to make it into
A server. I helped on the hardware side by tweaking with certain modules which were not better
suited for the Fyp and lastly I was massively involved in report and proposal writing for our
project.
