OFFICIAL DESIGNATION OF SCHOOL ICT COORDINATOR


Memorandum to: IMEE TRECIA C. HOMECILLO
Position: SST I

In the exigency of the service you are hereby designated as the SCHOOL ICT COORDINATOR of
BASAG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL effective immediately in addition to your regular teaching loads
(references: RA 1880, CSC Resolution No. 080096, DepEd Memo 291 s. 2008, DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2009, RA
9155, Magna Carta for the Public School Teachers, Civil Service Code).

You are expected to perform the duties and responsibilities attached to your designation and such other
related function as may be assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities


1. Maintain the effectiveness use of E-Classroom (cleanliness, usability, functionality and performance);
2. Monitor the utilization of E-Classroom including other ICT devices (e.g. laptops, projectors, and the like)
through the use of E-Classroom Log books / electronic log sheets;
3. Prepare the scheduling of classes for E-Classroom usage for all grades and sections;
4. Report problems/concerns immediately about ICT packages (e.g. DCP) in schools to the service
provider/supplier and SDO – Info Tech Officer;
5. Facilitate the early submission of the different online forms and other ICT related tasks (E-Class records,
DepEd Email accounts & registration, ICT LAC sessions after ICT trainings/seminars joined, LRMDS if
there’s no official school Librarian, LIS / EBEIS if there’s no official School Planning Coordinator);
6. Provide technical assistance to School Head, class advisers, co-teachers, pupils/students with regards to
different ICT related tasks (if on vacant working hours); and
7. Other ICT related tasks assigned by the School Head or by the Division Office.
