Table Service Procedure

1. Welcoming/ Greeting the Guest……………. Good morning/afternoon ma’am/sir

spices. And our chef does an excellent job of cooking
it. Or would you like to try our best selling items like

with a light serving of tossed green salad?

If yes, how would you like our sirloin steak to be


done? Is it medium rare or well done?

May I suggest a bottle of red wine to complement


your meal. We have Chardonnay or Pinoit Noir?

For your dessert, May I suggest our fruit flambé made


of fresh fruits prepared by our very own chef. Or
