TSPSC Group II Certificate Verification Guide

The qualified candidates for verification of Certificates for the various posts under
GROUP II Services vide Notification No. 17/2016 to Notification No.20/2015 dated:01/09/2016
written examination held on 11.11.2016 & 13.11.2016 are hereby directed to attend for
verification of certificates at Stanley College of Engineering & Technology for Women, Chapel
Road, Abids Hyderabad as per the schedule and produce the following original documents
along with one set of Photo-stat copies attested by a Gazetted Officer along with Basic
information data (Check-list) and two sets of attestation forms for verification of certificates
without fail.

01 Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent)


Proof of age relaxation in case of Telangana State Government Servant (Regular

Service certificates from the concerned department, Government of Telangana State /
NCC instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate
03 Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./ R.D.O).
04 Creamy layer / Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BC-‘A,B,C,D & E’
05 School Study Certificate from IV to X Class if studied in School; OR Residence
Certificate issued by the MRO in case of Private study seven years including and prior
06 to SSC. Qualification Certificates.

07 Physically Handicapped Certificate for PH person only (OH, HH & VH)


08 Hall Ticket of the Examination.

09 Two latest Passport Size photographs.


Basic information data (Check list) in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate

11 Attestation Forms in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate and duly attested by any
Gazetted Officer. (Download from the Commission’s website).

12 No Objection Certificate for State Government Employees

He / She is further informed that, failure to comply with the above directions may lead to
cancellation of his / her candidature.
