palisade cells in the leaves of a plant are structures called chloroplast in which photosynthesis takes place.

The water cycle is the never-ending movement of the earth’s water. Water goes from the ocean to the air to the land
and back to the oceans again. For that reason, its movements is called a cycle.
This cycle begins when heat from the sun turns ocean water into water vapour. Water vapour is water that has become
a gas. The water vapour rises high into the sky, where it cools off. The cooled water vapour changes into tiny drops of water.
The drops are held up in the sky by rising warm air. When billions of these drops of water cluster together they form a cloud.
The water in the clouds eventually falls to earth as rain. If the water vapour is cold enough, it turns into ice an falls as snow.
Most rain and snowfalls into the ocean, but some falls on land. In time, this water also flows back to the ocean and the cycle
starts again.

In total, the plant has need of at least 16 elements, of which the most important are carbon, hydrogen, oxygen,
nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. The plan obtains carbon and hydrogen dioxide from the
atmosphere; other nutrients are taken up from the soil. Although the plant contains sodium, iodine, and cobalt, these are
apparently not essential. This is also true of silicon and aluminum. Overall chemical analyses indicate that the total supply of
nutrients in soils is usually high in comparison with the requirements of crop plants. Much of this potential supply, however,
is bound tightly in forms that are not released to crops fast enough to give satisfactory growth. Because of this, the farmer is
interested in measuring the available nutrient supply as contrasted to the total quantities.

Why Summer daylight is longer than in Winter?

In summer the amount of daylight that we get is more than we get in winter. This is not because as some people think
we are closer to the sun but because of the tilt of the Earth.
The Earth is actually closer to the sun in winter than it is in the summer but you would be forgiven for thinking that
this can not be true after looking out of your window on a cold and frosty morning. It seems strange that as the earth gets
closer to the Sun during its orbit then in the amount of daylight that we get decreases. But that is the case. It is the tilt of the
Earth that determine the amount of daylight that we get and so the length of time that for us the sun is above the horizon.

Fast food nowadays is considered a normal eating venture. People are not just eating out on special occasions or
weekends anymore. It means that all the time they mostly eat fast foods. However is fast food good for health?

made with highly-processed ingredients to give it shelf-life, to hold consistency, and to enhance flavor. Fast food is altered
from its original healthy form.
It is not the calories in fast food which damage health and waistline. It is the chemical additives such as aspartame
