That the Buyer understands that he is purchasing this vehicle “as is” and agrees not to hold the Seller
responsible for any problems that may arise with the vehicle after the purchase, whether or not those issues were
known by either party at the time of purchase.

That the herein Seller hereby warrants his full right and civil capacity to transfer and dispose said motor
vehicle, and will defend the same against any adverse claims whatsoever.
