Welcome to 8th Grade Physical Science

Get to Know Your Teacher

I am Mr. Everett, your Physical Science teacher.


I was born and raised in Southern California all
my life. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton
with a Bachelor’s degree in History and a minor
in Natural Science. I received my Single-subject
credential from Cal State Fullerton in 2017 and
shortly after received my science authorization
to teach science.

Teaching Philosophy

Academic Dishonesty:

Academic dishonesty includes cheating, turning in work that is not yours (plagiarism), and helping others
cheat. Plagiarism is taking work that is not original and claiming it as your own. If the teacher believes
that academic dishonesty has occurred, the teacher may:

1. Give the student a warning,

Communication Plan

Students will be handed back work periodically in class. Grades will be posted on the class website for
the students to view. If students have any questions about grades they should talk to me immediately.
