Launch Check List

This information should come from the PM, or be in the internal build thread on basecamp.

✓ Set up any 301 redirects in htaccess


✓ Update domain in [Link]
✓ Remove any blog test posts
✓ Remove password protection from site
✓ Verify blog is updated
✓ Check for any blogs, update domain in blog settings
✓ Check if client has any formstack forms, if so update email and domain in formstack.
Make sure there isn’t an appointment form under the appointment forms folder.
✓ Make sure we have any 3rd party email information (i.e. MX records / IPs for mail server)
✓ Update any relevant DNS settings on the server
✓ Update 3rd party fonts with client domain
✓ Set up required emails with default password, get password for accounts to AM
❏ If the account had a splash page with pre set up emails, you will need to ftp into that
account (The info SHOULD be in the access codes page, otherwise just change the pw
so you can access it in cpanel.) Once you have FTPd in, you will need to download the
mail and etc folders. You need to download these folders BEFORE you change the
name of the email account and upload to the new account AFTER you have modified the
actual website account.
❏ Modify account to correct domain name
❏ Park associated domains
❏ Redirect Parked Domains
❏ Set nameservers for domains

✓ Update Registrar info in Workflow Max and FTP username and password on
spreadsheet
✓ Set up google analytics, add client email with access
