1. This Deed of Indemnity executed on this the Day of by Sri/Smt.

indemnifier (which term shall mean and include Executers, administrators, heirs, successor and assignees) to
infavour of the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited, a body corporate under the Electricity
(supply) Act, 1948 having its office at Vidyut Soudha, Khairathabad, Hyderabad-500049, hereinafter called
the board (Which term means shall mean and include its successors in office and assigner.
2. Whereas the consumer has approached the side owner of the premises to give his consent in writing to

3. And whereas the indemnifier has requested APTRANSCO to change a service connection bearing No.

or loss caused to the board in respect of the service connection in his name

indemnifier hereby agrees to indemnity the APTRANSCO May incur by reason of a service connection changes
in his name to the indemnifier without the consent of the previous owner of the premises.
5. The indemnifier further undertakes to make good any sum that may be found to be done payable to the
APTRANSCO with regard to all liabilities and claimers personally as well as by means of both movable and
immovable properties and the APTRANSCO shall be at liberty to disconnect the service connection which is
change in his name.
6 Now the conditions of the above written Bond is such that if the indemnifier shall duly and faithfully
observe and perform the indemnifier shall duly and faithfully observe and perform the above said conditions,
then the above written bond shall be void, other wide the same shall remain in full force.
