JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES

We, ROSSANA GERALDEZ and SHEILA SALAZAR,


Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Talisay City, Cebu, after
having been sworn in accordance with the law, hereby depose and
state, THAT:

1. We personally the respondents in the above-entitled case for


violation of Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code (Murder).

2. We are Co-JOB workers in the LGU of the City of Talisay, Cebu


and we have the same designation as SWEEPERS;

3. We personally know that they did not commit the crime of


MURDER as alleged in the complaint in the afternoon of May 06,
2019;

4. We personally know that in the afternoon of May 06, 2019, the


respondents are on duty as sweepers because we join and saw each
other in the area of our designation;

5. We hereby confirmed that they are on duty at that time and


confirmed the truthfulness of their daily time records that shows that
they are on duty on the said date and time;

4. Given the foregoing, it is prayed of the Honorable Prosecutor to


cause the dismissal of the complaint.
