B.1 INTERNAL WIRING
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of point wiring using 2R X1.5 sq mm for phase
&neutral+1R X 1.0sqmm for earthing 1100V grade multi-stranded copper conductor wires with
FRLS PVC insulation of approved make drawn in 2mm thick rigid FRLS PVC conduit of
approved make including all conduit accessories such as bends, junction boxes etc., complete in
all respects. The switches used shall be screwless moulded plate assemblies with factory made
GI box with earthing stud. The wiring shall be complete with ceiling roses, switches and all
consumables.
NOTES:
(i) Flexible conduit is to be used only for connections between ceiling junction box and lighting
fixture in false ceiling areas or for running power wiring in the modular furniture.
(ii) Rate to include all chaising of masonary, walls, etc with cutting machine for minimum material
removal and filling with cement/ sand/ badarpur mixture as instructed including supplying and
fixing chicken wire mesh wherever chaise of more than 100mm width is to be refilled.
(iii) All boxes for switch-socket outlets are to be procured from switch supplier and should be min.
1.6mm thick with adjustable screw holes, earthing stud and pre-punched knock-outs

Framework
To be formed of aluminium frame work of size 50x25mm with 1.2mm section thickness, placed at
600mm centre to centre fixed on to the floor sections. The Aluminium sections of size
50mmx25mm to be fixed on the floor to hold vertical sections as per details.
Also to have an additional 19mm thick ply supports (wherever required) as spacer at the false
ceiling level and as sub frames for doors and glazed openings as per details or as per architects
instruction.
Infill
As an acoustic requirement, contractor to affix 50mm thick rock wool of density 48kg/m3 wrapped
in RP tissues suitably affixed to partition framework using necessary GI binding wire, duct tape as
indicated in the drawing.
Cladding
The framework to be cladded on both sides with two layers (from FFL till false ceiling) of 13mm
thk Gypboard Duraline (Conforming to EN 520:2004, Type D,F,I & R) is screw fixed with Gyproc
drywall screws of 25mm and 35mm @ 300mm c/c with staggered joints to avoid through joints
and finished with manufacturer supplied jointing tape and compound as per manufacturer's
specification. Joints to be sand papered to achieve a smooth and seamless finish. Care must be
taken that the plasterboards are raised 3mm from the floor and in this gap, chauking compound is
injected. Gypsum partition to be installed as per India Gypsum specifications. Surface to be made
ready to receive the aluminium [Link] between the partitions & ceiling to be provided
with shadow angle as per details.

14 Providing & applying of plastic emulsion painting for walls. Shall be applied with oil based
primer coat after rubbing with sand paper onto the existing wall surface. Surface to be
smoothened using chalk putty as directed. Uneven surfaces to be finished with 2 coats of chalk
powder putty on the primer. Surfaces are then sandpapered to achieve a smooth surface and 3
coats of Plastic emulsion Paint of approved shade to be applied. The top coat should be 3 coats
of 'Superfine' roller matt finish. The colour should be approved by Architect. Note : Rate should be
inclusive of Masking for fixtures & wooden frames. Sft. 2000
F COLUMN CLADDING
15 Column panelling from Finished flooring level till the False ceiling level Sft. 30
Framework (From FFL till flase ceiling level)
To be formed of aluminium frame work of size 50x25mm with 1.2mm section thickness, placed at
600mm centre to centre fixed on to the floor sections. The Aluminium sections of size
50mmx25mm to be fixed on the floor to hold vertical sections as per details.
Also to have an additional 19mm thick ply supports (wherever required) as spacer at the false
ceiling level and as sub frames for doors and glazed openings as per details or as per architects
instruction.
Cladding
The framework to be cladded Single layers (from FFL till false ceiling) of 13mm thk Gypboard
Duraline (Conforming to EN 520:2004, Type D,F,I & R) is screw fixed with Gyproc drywall screws
of 25mm and 35mm @ 300mm c/c with staggered joints to avoid through joints and finished with
manufacturer supplied jointing tape and compound as per manufacturer's specification. Joints to
be sand papered to achieve a smooth and seamless finish. Care must be taken that the
plasterboards are raised 3mm from the floor and in this gap, chauking compound is injected.
Gypsum partition to be installed as per India Gypsum specifications. Surface to be made ready to
receive the aluminium [Link] between the partitions & ceiling to be provided with
shadow angle as per details.
Finishes
Gypsum surface till the false ceiling - 2 coats of primer to be applied onto the gypsum surface.
Surface to be smoothened using chalk putty as directed. Surfaces are then sandpapered to
achieve a smooth surface and 3 coats of Plastic emulsion Paint of approved shade to be applied.

GST Clauses:

1. Any Gains arising due to implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) to you shall be passed on to ABB India
Limited (herein after referred as ABB)
2. You will raise Tax Invoice in the format prescribed as per GST Laws along with prescribed documents for movement of
goods and ensure to upload the required data timely in GSTR-1 and GSTR-3 (or such other formats as may prescribed
under GST Laws).
3. If GST is payable under Reverse Charge by ABB, then same should be mentioned on Invoice raised by you.
4. In case of any advance payment, you shall issue necessary document and ensure the compliances as required under
GST ACT.
5. The payment of GST shall be made after matching of Input Tax Credit in the GSTN Portal.
6. In case of any loss to ABB on account of non-compliance of GST Laws from your end e.g. incorrect declaration,
failure/delay in deposit, failure/delay in upload of transaction, confiscation of goods by Govt. Statutory Authorities due to
improper documents during movement etc. the same shall be recovered from you along with interest /penalty if any.
7. Wherever applicable, ABB shall deduct tax at source under GST laws at the rates as prescribed therein.
8. On implementation of GST, you will pass on direct, indirect benefits accruing to you. This would include benefit pertain to
input tax credit, reduction in your cost of input material due to GST, reduction in effective rate etc.
