This Deed of Absolute Sale of motor vehicle is hereby entered into on this ___ of

referred to as the “VENDOR.”

TRANSFERS and CONVEYS unto the VENDEE the registered motor vehicle described below as

The VENDOR warrants that he is the absolute owner of the above described property and
that the same is free from all liens and encumbrances and/or legal impediments and from any and
all claims whatsoever.
The VENDEE shall hold the VENDOR harmless from the consequences arising from an
accident involving the vehicle and that the VENDEE shall fully assume responsibility for such
consequences.
