ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

MAY 2019

May was one of the happiest month for the children maybe because they

encounter Flores de mayo and fiesta in their barangay. My day care children were

very busy going to the chapel for the Flores de Mayo. They brought some flowers

and even at their young age they know how to sing. Children also participated the

prayers. They were enjoying the summer vacation at the same time they were

very busy reviewing the lessons on what they have learned from their classes.

As their preparations, they asked their parents to help them to recall all the

learnings that they need to remember. We became very busy cleaning our day

care center. I disposed all the unnecessary things that might not be used inside

the center.

We also prepared the ECCD books to be submitted to the next level of

schooling of children. Enrollment was on going, the incoming day care children

were already enrolled for this school year 2019- 2020

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

MAY 2019

Summer was over, many preparations by the day care workers was already begun.

One of this was a general cleaning of our centers. This activity was done with the help of the

parents. During this cleaning activity, I told my day care parents some of their obligations.

Mrs. Cynthia Togle, our new MSWDO was called for a meeting last May 18, 2019 at

Bauan Municipal Hall. She discussed all the things needed by us and all the forms to be filled

up with the parents. Some of her agenda was all about the fees to be collected to the

parents. She strictly told us that she never wanted to encounter some issues that maybe

happened upon enrollment. She also told us to submit all the files that she need.

The first week of this month, we became busy. After the all that activity, we started

accepting enrollees for this school opening. Flores de Mayo as this month celebrated, I saw

that most of my daycare children participated and they were happy as they going to chapel.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

MAY 2019

The month of May brought happiness and excitement to each and every one of us.

Happiness maybe because of the Flores de Mayo which encourages the children to be

attended and be a part of it. As days go on, some parents visited the center to know

requirements that they need for the enrollment.

I discussed to them all the possible fees to be collected from them. Most of them

asking all about the services that will be given to their children. Twice a week, I visited my

center for cleaning. I also prepared some instructional materials as a preparation. I

prepared flash cards as my medium for teaching so that children could easily understand

the topic. We also attended meetings with our new head, Mrs Cynthia Togle. She discussed

us all about the forms to be prepared and be submitted.

The town of Bauan celebrated fiesta first week of May. Day Care Workers joined the

different kind of activities like the "Salubong". Sublian Festival was also a part of the event.
