Catalog Description he importance of the high voltage technique. Electrostatic
fields and the fundamental equations. The systems of
electrodes. Electrical breakdown. The overvoltages occuring in
power systems.Genertion of high voltages. Measurement of
high voltages.
Course Objectives To ensure that students can achieve some acknowledge about
electrical field, electrodes, electrical breakdown, overvoltages
and generation and measurement of high voltages.

Course Outcomes The students obtain some knowledge about at the below topics:
