FACTS OF THE CASE:

Complainant = BASHA (17 y/o, 2003) (Architect) from Larion Alto

Respondent = POPOY (17 y/o, 2003) (Architect) from Larion Alto

1. 2003 their relationship started;

2. 2010 Popoy proposed to Basha and said “Yes”; (Popoy knows already
the plastic surgery but only the breast)

3. 2012 all invitations were sent out and catering services were paid for
50,000 php;. ( paid by Basha’s parents)

4. Dec 12, 2012 wedding day. Popoy did not show up;

5. Dec 13, 2012 Basha learned Popoy had a vehicular accident with head
injuries due to collision of his car with Florida Bus line on Dec 11, 2012 eve of
the wedding day; (Dec 11, 2012 @ 11:30 pm the fight) (Dec 12, 2012 @ 1:00 am
the accident at Buntun)

6. Popoy had an amnesia;

7. Popoy was driving on the eve of the wedding day due to the fight with
Basha. Popoy learned that Basha had plastic surgery to enhance his nose, chin,
breast, and skin color; (Popoy discovered the nose, chin and skin color)

8. Popoy drunk 1 bottle of Johnny Walker black after the fight before he
drive off;

9. Popoy was a member of a religion who does not allow plastic surgery;

10. Basha surgery was done in the year 2000 and never have anymore,
The surgery was for “Medical Purposes”:

Nose=so she can breath easily

Chin=so she can chew easily

Breast=frighten of cancer

Skin color=Albinism

11. 2013 January, Popoy met Jenny. This fall inlove

12. 2013 March, Popoy propose to Jenny and said “Yes”

13. 2013 June, Wedding day. Popoy recovered from amnesia and did not
attend the wedding.
14. Basha went back to Popoy “The Tayo na lang ulit scene”;

15. Popoy refused;

16. Basha filed a case against Popoy; (January 2014)

17. March 2014, Doctor admits Popoy never had an amnesia “wrong
diagnose”;

18. Popoy believed he had an amnesia;

19. Doctor was not licensed did not yet graduate from his residency
specialization when he first diagnosed Popoy;

20. Jenny found out to be formerly Jun Jun;

21. Doctor was Bashas brother.
