DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOT AND COLD APPETIZER

The literal difference between cold and hot appetizers is their temperature.
Cold appetizers are served in lower temperatures while hot appetizers are
literally served in higher temperatures. As such, hot appetizers are most of
the time soup-based, made from bread, fried meats, and other sizzling foods.
