a) Perceived benefits and drawbacks of CPD for medical technologists.


a. Benefits: “ofc marefresh and mga rmts sa mga necessary skills and maupdate
sad sa mga latest nga knowledge nga kelangan i-acquire.”
Drawback: “sobrang mahal sa ubang trainings and seminars, pero gamay ra
ang points makuha. Dili balanced ang price sa trainings ug sa sahod.”

b) Perceived barriers in attaining CPD units.


b. Barriers: “mao na na tung drawbacks. Basically financial incapability jud ang
kalaban namo beh. And grabe ka limited sa slots. Dili properly distributed sa
mga medtechs labi na ang mga rmts sa provinces and free standing labs,
dehado sila”

c) Preferred mode of delivery for CPD activities.


c. Preferred mode: “mas ayos jud ang learning by doing. Haha kanang dili lang
puro lectures, kanang naay practicals sad.”

It can be time consuming and very costly.
