Dear Dr. Trinidad:
Introduction
In line with the upcoming Rehiyon-Rehiyon/Marikina Festival this December and the
celebration of 20th Founding anniversary of Sta. Elena High School on February 2020, I
would like to propose to you a new kind of musical instruments that is very exceptional and
right on the said varieties of celebrations.
Scope
These are called by many as “Tribal Instruments”. These are cluster of percussion
instruments that are commonly used in a Festival Celebrations. (See attached photo)
Goals/Objectives
Having these types of Tribal Instruments can lessen our expenses in renting outsiders/
groups to play for us that can cause a lot of coinage. Instead of renting, why we couldn’t
have our own Tribal instruments? We have talented students that we can train. We can use it
any time whenever our school needed it. Objectives/Goals of having these can:
Lessen our expenses, we can have our own instead of renting
Utilize the Talent/skills of our students in music by playing these instruments
Hype easily the people around when there is a big event
Budget
This is the estimate budget for Tribal Instruments.
