EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Theory and practice are the two eyes of the management education.
Management education without practical training at an organization remains
incomplete. The project topic and research opportunity prescribed by the
Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, Delhi gives student a chance to
have various objectives fulfilled like helping the student to acquire knowledge,
give an opportunity to know the difference between theory and practice, enable
the student to interact with experienced and knowledgeable persons of business
world .
As a student of management, I got an opportunity to undergo on training. The
training title is “INDIAN BANKING INDUSTRY WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO CITI
BANK”.
I successfully completed my project report within the specified time. It was really
a thrilling experience for me to interact with different members, employees of the
organizations. It was an experience of enjoyment through hard work and
