Introduction
In every organization customer’s satisfactions is the Maine objective for the long –time survival
in highly competitive market. The customers also have the verity of the choices in their
purchasing of products .the customers utilization of internet are also increasing day by day.
Internet of Things (IOT) is the networking of physical objects that contain electronics
embedded within their architecture in order to communicate and sense interactions amongst each
other or with respect to the external environment. In the upcoming years, IOT-based technology
will offer advanced levels of services and practically change the way people lead their daily
lives. Advancements in medicine, power, gene therapies, agriculture, smart cities, and smart
homes are just a very few of the categorical examples where IOT is strongly established.
The Internet of Things (or IOT, for short) refers to a network of every day, usually household
objects, which are all connected to the internet, to other devices smart phones and tablets, and to
each other. These objects usually have some form of advanced technology within them to help
them not only connect to this network but to interact with and respond to their environments.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:
If the internet of things has a problem or is exposed to weaknesses then the enterprises that are
connected to it are equally threatened. In fact, while security is undoubtedly one of the major
issues impacting the development that stem directly from this study.
NEED FOR THE STUDY:
The main purpose of internet connected devices has been to enable people to communicate with
each other and to access online data on processes. The main purpose of IoT devices is to generate
real-time data that we can then analyze and use to create desired business outcomes.
OBJECTIVES OF THE Study
To control and monitor any operating system
To get Continuous feedback on escalations to fix bugs faster

The data which is collected through interview and observation and with the help of secondary
