Greetings!
As part of my requirements in the subject Architectural Design 9 (Thesis Writing), I am tasked to propose
three (3) titles for thesis presentations. In line with this, I, Alberto Luis I. Nolasco, a 5th Year architecture
student from Adamson University would like to locate the proposal in Mabalacat, Pampanga. As the
feasible site and data for one of the thesis proposals entitled “PANACEA: A MULTI - FUNCTIONAL
AEROPONICS AND HYDROPONICS VERTICAL FARM IN MABALACAT PAMPANGA”.
Moreover, as part of data gathering and site analysis, I would like to ask for your kind assistance in
providing the necessary legal documents needed for the said research:
1. Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP), Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP)
2. Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) with a minimum of 1 hectare (Photo Copy), Tax Declaration
3. Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinances, Zoning Certificates of the said lot/s
4. Projects of the province in relation to infrastructures, Provincial socio-economic profile, Data
analytics (statistics)
