number > Input GRID card details and OTP > Transaction initiated through NEFT
Important Note
The due date for GST payment is 20th of next month. E.g – GST for the month of August 2019 is due on 20th September 2019.
Composite dealers are required to pay GST quarterly by 18th of the month next to the quarter.
E.g – GST for the quarter Jul-Sept 2019 is due on 18th October 2019.
Cash Management Services (CMS)
CMS offers products and services to process receivables and payables effectively. It helps customers
by optimizing their cash flow position by ensuring timely collections and disbursements.

I-pay
I-Pay (Bulk Disbursement) is useful for bulk payments to specified beneficiaries by electronic mode. Single
file upload is required to make payment through multiple modes.
Activation of I-pay through InstaBIZ app
Login to InstaBIZ app > Click on ‘More’ button > Select ‘Activate I-Multipay’ > Selects the account
number and fills registration details like name, contact > Select Workflow for payment> Authenticate
with OTP > Request for I-Multipay is placed successfully
Cash collection
Customers can call our agency & place request for cash pick-up from various locations. Our Agency will visit
those locations, pick-up cash and deposit the same in customer’s account. Charges for cash pick up would
depend on the location of pick up. Apart from pick up charges, cash processing charges which would be
levied @ Rs 2 per thousand.

• Cash-in-transit agents (CIT) for cash pick up with Armored vehicle
• Comprehensive Insurance coverage for cash-in-transit, Agency personnel produce ID card on
demand, Unique trans. ID generated for agent verification.

E Collection
E- collection facilitates identification of collection details received through RTGS and NEFT. Customers can avail
customized MIS for credits received from their dealers and other business partners through RTGS and NEFT.
Charges for E-Collection would be Rs 1 per transaction. Also there would be one time set up cost of Rs 10000.

• Customized MIS can be provided to the customer at a frequency of every 30 minutes.
• With the customized MIS, entire reconciliation process can be completely automated.
• Customer account receives credit on Real time basis, instead of day end credit.

CMS Cheque Collection
Customers can avail cheque pick up under ‘fixed Beat Mode of operation’ - Our Bank will instruct an
Agency to visit all your locations on a daily basis at a fixed time (as required by the client) & Collect
Cheques / Demand Drafts. The key benefits of cheque pick up are:
• Customized MIS, providing breakup instrument-wise, location-wise, date-wise, Clearance
Status-wise etc.
• Access to Webcms, to check live status of instruments & download MIS.
