Personal Statement
I am currently studying at college and looking to find work experience which relates to what I
would like to be doing once I finish college. I have a hunger to deliver exceptional customer
services. I would consider myself as a committed team player, confident, hardworking and
helpful young person. I follow instructions well and always see things through to the end. I
am very confident dealing with new people, ensuring I strive to deliver a high level of service.
I am a very approachable person and always willing to help. Whilst I am not in college, I do
party makeup for customers which I have to do in a certain amount of time making me have
good time keeping skills and being able to hit deadlines effectively.

Skills and Achievements


● I am very confident with talking to new people and with all members of the public.
● I am very ICT competent as I achieved a Grade B in my ICT GCSE.
● Good customer service skills , I can speak confidently over the phone or face to
face with customers that might have enquires about the workplace or what we as a
business offer.
● I am very easy to approach to and will aim to help customers to the best of my ability.
● Good understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace , did a five day course
with St John's hospital therefore I know the basic health and safety precautions and I
know how to prevent fires or damage to equipment in the workplace.
● I have a completed the diploma in Naz Beauty Masterclass.

Work Experience
Allerton Pharmacy 15th February - 20th February 2019.
● Worked as trainee dispensing and helped put medication together for patients
● Organised paperwork within the pharmacy
● Effective when dealing with queries that patients had in person
● Dealt with difficult customers and stayed patient throughout the process.

I have a good circle of friends and feel that I am a sociable person, which I feel would be
useful in a job that requires good customer service skills. I have a huge passion for helping
customers and interacting with new people as it helps me socialize much better which are
good skills needed for any job.
