Position summary
Marketing is about understanding people — and building awareness about how our products/services can
satisfy their needs. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the
growth of our inbound sales channels.
Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising
campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our
brand identity. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while
managing and inspiring a team. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as
long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of
online and offline marketing channels.
Duties and responsibilities
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment
objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors own their implementation from
ideation to execution.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our
target groups.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case
studies.
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and
services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee
their daily activities.
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines,
or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and
services.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
Understanding of public relations.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills are a must. Examples of good communication
skills are: listening skills, being clear and concise, being positive and patient and more.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Skills to create, manage and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products,
working with advertising and other types of managers.
Skills to analyze, observe and monitoring market trends.
The ability to lead and motivate a team.
