General Information:
o One working day produces 16000pcs egg trays. Working hours per day is 22.5. Hours.
o Average weight of each egg tray is 60 grams. Total 1100 kg waste paper will be needed in one working day.
o Total 50 KW electric power will be consumed per working day 24hrs.
o Total 3 workers will be needed for one working shift:
one for pulp making,
one for finished tray collect and package,
one for molding machine.
Total 6 workers are needed for 2 work shifts.
