Hi,
I am writing this mail to you with utter dissatisfaction in you customer service. I
purchased an IFB mircorwave during 2017 and it started having issues with its touch
pad recently. I called your customer care centre on 26th June and they assigned a
service enginner the same [Link] engg visited my house and upon checking the MWave
he said the touch pad has gone faulty and i will have to pay in advance 2.6k for
the touch pad spare. he also sold me an annual AMC plan, so in total the amount was
3.2k. I made the payment same day (26th June) via IMPS and till date waiting for
your service enginner to fix the issue. I have below questions regarding your
customer service:
how can you charge a customer in advacne if the work is not commpleted?
Why was there no proactive call or SMS from IFB on the status of my service request
Why are your call centre executive so dumb that they were asking me to call IFB
supervisor ?
After calling continously for 4 days why was my issue not escalated to senior mgmet
?
This is the first time i am seeing a company who charges in advance and does not
complete the service request in time and also do not proactively respond to theor
customers. i am going to report this matter in twitter , FB and all the social
media platforms that i am aware off. This type of customer service is really
pathetic and you should serioulsy consider about revamping your service quality.
i am planning to contact your seniors at your corporate office and let them know
about this issue. I want full refund of my money and the pending work to complete
ASAP.
This is the last time i am buying any IFB product and will never recommend IFB to
my friends or colleagues. Your corganization is worst when it comes to customer
service. i have seen much better service from small organizations who donot even
have infra like you.
I used to highly think of IFB but now my brand perception has totoally changed and
from this day on i will keep on doscouraging people to not buy IFB.
You are the workst brand with workst customer service.

As a result,
Intra-Asian bandwidth accounted for half of the region�s total for the first time
in 2018. Looking at the figure �Share of Used International Capacity Connected to
Asia by Region, 2012-2018� below, you can see that the share of total used
bandwidth among Asian
countries increased to 50% in 2018, compared to just 36% in 2012. At that time a
majority of bandwidth was still connected to the U.S.
Regional hubs, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo, have long had ample access
to highcapacity cables and report the lowest prices. In Q4 2018, weighted median
prices on Hong Kong-Singapore and Hong Kong-Tokyo were $4,000 and $5,000 per month

2018,� figure below, the light blue shaded area represents the range of 10 Gbps
prices on the [Link] dark line represents the weighted median price. As you can
see, the weighted median price consistently tracks closer to the low than the
high�suggesting most sales fall on the lower end of the range. But there is a
substantial mix of price points in the market.
Increasing customer bandwidth requirements and content provider expansion have
driven the adoption of 100 Gbps service throughout Asia. Interestingly, 2018 was
the first year that content providers accounted for a majority of used bandwidth in
the region. It was also the first year 100 Gbps represented a majority of sales on
the intra-Asian route. At year end 2018 its estimated that 60% of sales on Hong
Kong-Tokyo were for 100 Gbps wavelengths.
In comparison, 100 Gbps comprised only 21% of sales at the end of 2015.
Prices for 100 Gbps wavelengths are falling rapidly in Asia. Faster, even, than
that of the more mature 10 Gbps. Over the past three years, 100 Gbps prices on key
intra-Asia routes declined an average of 34% compounded annually. 10 Gbps prices on
the same set of routes decreased 25% over the same period.
Aggressive reductions have brought price multiples in line with other submarine
cable routes. Across the three most important connectivity hubs in Asia, the
multiple averaged 5.2 times the price of a 10 Gbps wavelength in Q4 2018. This is
down from 6.5 times the price just one year ago.
