I am an Electronics & Communication Engineer with more than 7 years
Experience in Electrical and Electronic various Product testing ( household appliances,
Laboratory control, and automotive domains) follows LV circuit breakers like ACB,MCCB,
MCB, RCCB and EMI/EMC/ wireless testing as per international standards like EN,
IEC,FCC and CISPR and methods. Also have knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025
documentation for LAB accreditations and management planning for test cases as per the
IEC standards.
Professional Synopsis:
Role: EMI / EMC Test Engineer of IED products, Ethernet, GSM, Wi-Fi and
LV products like Electronics devices , ACB, MCCB and contactors, Wiring Devices
Labs at Schneider Electric India Private Ltd (R&D center) Bangalore from April,
2010 to till date.
IEC 60947 and Basic EMC/EMI Testing Standards Such as,CISPR 11/22/14-1/15,
IEC 61000-4-3, IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5, IEC 61000-4-6,
IEC 61000-4-8, and IEC 61000-4-11 ,UL61010,IEC61010-1,
IEC 60601,ISO 13485 And IEC61010-2-1 , CE ,UL & CB( Certification body
scheme) certification Tests .
To Plan, organize and control the day to day operation of the section and technical
operations of the laboratory to meet customer requirements.
Execution of EMC testing involves Feasibility study, Job acceptance &
scheduling, Preparation of EMC test plan & Execution of tests as per the plan and
preparation of the technical material for the final test report.
Participated in the Laboratory Quality Manual & Internal Audit as per ISO/IEC
17025:2005 Certificate.
To ensure the compliance of the all lab activities with the IEC/ISO 17025
Verification Checking or intermediate checking of all ELECTRICAL and EMC
Testing Equipment as per relevant basic standards. Responsibility for the
technical validity of results.
Responsible for keeping the equipment maintenance and calibration up-to-date.
Update the standards and in-house test methods and procedures.
Test report preparation and Review the test report as per product standard formats.
Familiar with Safety Testing Parameters as per IEC 60950-1 for Information
Technology Equipment
