1. Based on our discussion, we are pleased to offer you the position of Lecturer (Maharishi School of
Pharmacy) in our University with a gross salary of Rs. 23000/- pm (subject to deductions as
applicable).You are required to report for work by 18 December, 2019, else this offer will stand
cancelled.

2. The detailed terms and conditions of appointment will follow on your acceptance of this offer and
joining there on.

3. The rules and regulations of the University as prescribed will govern terms of your appointment.
Please provide following documents duly signed by you for further processing-

4 Self-attested copy of certificates for academic qualification and experience.


4 Self-attested copy of appointment letter and relieving letter of the current employer.
4 Self-attested copy of current 3 months compensation.
4 Four coloured passport siEe photographs.
4 Self-attested copy of PAN and Aadhar Card
4 Self-attested copy of Address Proof (Voter ZZI or valid Passport or Valid DL)
4 Bank account details (Cancelled cheque copy )

4. We are forwarding two copies of this Letter of Intent. One copy may be retained by you and second
copy duly signed for having accepted the offer please be returned to us for record and reference.

5. We in the Maharishi University look forward to productive association for excellence in the function
of our University in all team endeavors to provide a place of reckoning soon amongst the other U
versities in this field.
