AARRGH! What a busy few months!
Pantomime rehearsals are going really well! Family tickets are now available for SNOW WHITE;

In other news, a MASSIVE thank you for all the effort
everyone has put in recently into fundraising and paying
their membership fees. It has really made all the
difference
Did you see Claire and George’s wedding on FIVE? Most of the

[Link] Once again a huge thanks to Mary Keevil,
Blink Films and everyone at Pinewood Studios; thank you for
supporting and letting us do wild things like that!

E G M Report
The new President was elected and many congratulations to Rob Chambers
(pictured). The club and its members would like to thank all those who stood and
especially thank our previous president Brin Rosser for his many years of service.
He wrote in a letter (which I run out of time to copy and paste here) saying how
much he enjoyed the role but felt it was time to pass on the baton to somebody
who could be present more.
A ballot was also held on whether the club should have a yearly fee on top of the
current £2 a week fee. This question was raised by one or two parents at the
AGM and is very common in ‘amdram’ groups. The ballot, by small majority voted
not to introduce a annual fee.
The updated Code of Conduct and Constitution were approved and the changed summarised here:
- Vikki Alone is the Health and Safety Officer
- There is a Health and Safety Policy
- For child protection and privacy it is now for-
bidden to photograph or film at any drama event
without the express permission of the Director
and/or the committee. The club must operate a
opt-out policy should anyone wish to have their
features blurred on any photograph or video.

IHDC vetran Mike Timms has recently been acting at Cliveden, part of the National Trust.
