Prismatic dragons establish many lairs, usually
nearby to a cultural nexus like a city or trading post,
but always on the periphery. They move from lait to
lair as their tastes demand, establishing new lairs
‘when they happen upon places they wish to explore in
more depth in another form, usualiy a wealthy human.
Lair Acrions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the dragon
takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects;
the dragon can't use the same effect two rounds in a
row.
