Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus.

The BSP Unit of Davao City National High School would like to ask for your permission
to excuse some of the scouts from their classes on February 12-14, 2020 to assist the
school in maintaining the cleanliness and other tasks during the activity in the school
relating to the preparations of the DAVRAA 2020.

We would also like to request subject teachers to give the scouts additional work to
cope up from their missed classes.

Rest assured that we will monitor the attendance of the scouts during their assistance to
the school on the said dates.

Attached with this letter is the list of students. We are hoping for your continuing support
in all our endeavors. Thank you very much.
