Bar length
The total ranking of a product, represented by the bar length, is based on a weighted aggregate score. The score is calculated as follows:
For each of Reviews, Views, and Comparisons, the product with the highest count in each area gets a maximum 18 points.
Every other product gets assigned points based on its total in proportion to the #1 product in that area.
For example, if a product has 80% of the number of reviews compared to the product with the most reviews then the product's points for reviews
would be 18 * 80% = 14.4.
Both Average Rating and Words/Review are awarded on a fixed linear scale.
For Average Rating, the maximum score is 28 points awarded linearly between 6-10 (e.g. 6 or below=0 points; 7.5=10.5 points; 9.0=21 points;
10=28 points).
For Words/Review, the maximum score is 18 points awarded linearly between 0-900 words (e.g. 600 words = 12 points; 750 words = 15 points;
900 or more words = 18 points).
If a product has fewer than ten reviews, the point contribution for Average Rating and Words/Review is reduced:
1/3 reduction in points for products with 5-9 reviews, two-thirds reduction for products with fewer than five reviews.
Reviews that are more than 24 months old, as well as those written by resellers, are completely excluded from the ranking algorithm.
All products with 50+ points are designated as a Leader in their category.

This is going to be an interesting answer, but the most valuable feature of the software is not the software itself, but the community
that supports it. When I first started learning the software to support a program, I had to self-teach; there wasn't a budget for
training. But going through their learning platform and then connecting with the community when I didn't understand how to utilize
Jeremy some of the functionality, that was far more powerful than the product itself. The network around the product is amazing. The great

I think the most valuable feature is being able to run processes in an unattended way where we can schedule them, and then have
the report sent to the process owner's inbox in the morning. The is great for us, and we use it a lot. It saves the users a lot of time,
and we're able to do a lot more for a user than they were ever able to do on their own. [Full Review]

A lot of the value from this solution comes from Studio and the activities. They really enable us to make things happen accurately,
with the clicks and the types they support. Of all the automation tools I've tried or used, they seem to be the most accurate and
most consistent. The Orchestrator management tools are growing a lot and are constantly improving. [Full Review]

The attended and unattended classification and simplicity are great, and it's easy to explain to people. Right off the bat, the task
performing the lowest granular entity is very clearly defined, which is something that I like. I really like that I am able to tell the story,
using Orchestrator, how humans work, how bots work, and how humans and bots work together. Orchestrator really tells a lot more
Vikram than just being a simple task manager. [Full Review]

By utilizing this technology, you're able to get value through your value streams quicker. When you realize value, that means you
can work with your customers more quickly, as well as build customer loyalty and employer loyalty. These have definitely been
some of the byproducts of using the software. When I was working as an RPA manager, managing a program for an insurance
Jeremy company which supported insurance lifecycle processing, one of the components was that they had to review insurance policies

With respect to saving time, I don't actually track that because I am a developer, but I know that our goal for next year is twenty
thousand hours. That's the big goal that we're working towards. With one of our processes, I think we're going to hit about thirteen
thousand hours if we can just get that one process done. That's a statement review. We sent out tens of thousands of statements,
Kaitlyn Kapp so we'll be able to review every single one of those. This would be a huge saving in time. I think right now we have about one
hundred and thirty-six processes i... [Full Review]
We have seen a lot of improvements to our organization. We have one that was a really high-visibility project, where it was kind of a
data entry thing that all of our retail managers were spending time on. The data was fed through to a vendor that we franchise
through, and they were spending an hour or two a week across hundreds of locations. We took that into the back office and got
reviewer1214 data feeds for all the data they were putting in, and then had a bot go through to the current system of reporting, and enter that

data for every single store location.... [Full Review]
Being a person who has held every RPA role from developer to analyst, architect, and executive, one feature I think it needs - from a
documentation perspective - is the ability to easily extract variable details and data. They do have a Variables panel that you
frequently interact with, but I constantly have situations where those need to be adjusted or I want to be able to present those to a
Jeremy business. Sometimes it's difficult to extract those, and if you're not tracking them while you build, you can quickly get into 200 to
Gilliland
300 variables in use, esp... [Full Review]
I would like to see a biweekly scheduling option in Orchestrator. We've actually built into our automations a roundabout way to
process every two weeks but it would be really nice to front end a biweekly schedule. Being in the financial services industry, we do
have a lot of projects that run on weird schedules. We've kept some of our automations attended just because they're ad-hoc. They
Kaitlyn Kapp might need to re-run them. We don't want to have to wait for Orchestrator managers to kick those processes off. But, outside of
that, there is no need for this one... [Full Review]
I would like to see more interconnectedness of everything, including making the APIs a little easier to use, and having bots be able
to call other bots and get them to start things. Having all of this a little more seamless would be really helpful. I would like to see
more seamless AI functionality built in to allow teams without data scientists or strong data people to be able to build and deploy
reviewer1214 simple models that will help enhance their bots further and let them do more. The technical support is a bit of a weak point for this
511
solution, and ideall... [Full Review]
In future releases of this solution, I would like to see more packaged solutions. We would like to see intelligence built into the core.
Specifically, we would like to see the recognition of human to human conversations. That intelligence would be great because we
have some very important use cases in that space that we are seeing. Our focus is moving closer to one hundred percent in that
Vikram space, as all of our new work is related to conversations. UiPath should offer an on-demand cloud-type model where you can get

For pricing there is a variable at play, and that's scale. Depending on how you want to scale - whether working with a partner or
directly with UiPath - there's a specific cost per license. But then it's all about optimizing a process, and what we call "license
utilization." We try to maximize each license, and we'll have it running three or four processes. The cost is nothing, it's peanuts,
Jeremy when you see the capabilities. When you're talking about one license supporting what was previously done by 14 people, what is
Gilliland
$1,500, or whatever the licensing... [Full Review]
The most important tip that I would share with respect to the licensing is that you should not think of a bot as being able to do only
one thing. You should always consider the downtime and utilize the bots properly. That's the way you can have exponential ROI
from just that one simple investment. Even though these bots don't really cost much, you still want to say there are resources like a
Vikram dedicated machine that is there, there are electricity and all kinds of resources that also go into it. So the overall cost, we should
Modgil
look at that. If a bot is... [Full Review]
The cost depends on how many licenses we have and how we use the bots. We have a rate for attended bots and a rate for
unattended bots. The price itself depends on the project and the number of licenses required. The prices, in general, are good —
actually they are the best — but they could always be cheaper. Right now there is no one that is cheaper. The cost is in line with
reviewer1214 what we thought that it should be. [Full Review]

I would say the entire Automation Anywhere RPA functionality is the most valuable part of the product because it helps me to
automate the mundane interpretative task. That is where most of my team members, who are part of the support team for product
function, spend a lot of their time. The IQ Bot is good. The pilot that we have done with one of our U.S. entities went well. Our

Its integration with source control is very refreshing. There could be a little bit more maturity around how to do some of the features,
but not having to go outside the app, not having a separate set of procedures, allows you to check in and check out right from
within the app. You can make edits and uploads and undo your checkouts. That integration is very nice. It really does have a great

One of the features that we have used the most is an action in the Workbench called Object Cloning. We find that very reliable and
very useful for implementing different business processes. In general, the security and role-based access control - credentials
security - are also important. We have a high focus on security in the bank. It's obviously a very highly regulated environment, so

The product is improving our company in a number of different ways through the automation it helps us to create. I would say like
the AR function is completely automated right now, but we are in the stages where we are looking beyond AR, beyond finance, and
beyond support functions. All this time that we were using the product in the beginning, we chose to work on individual processes

There was a large number of individuals who were doing the data collection and artifacts collection, and they were actually a third-
party. The solution improves our situation in terms of time, money, and resources. Plus, when you're dealing with a bank's

Through the software, we have been able to reduce the time that we spend on manual, repetitive tasks, so that we can focus on

Regarding the integration with source control, when there's a large number of operations the bulk operations need a little bit more
maturity. Also, regarding the UI, once you're in some of the screens there are fixed dialogues. They are a set size, so there's a lot of

Automation Anywhere's pricing is competitive. That's obviously something that attracted our company to it. They're very well priced.
I can't speak to let's say UiPath or Blue Prism. I do know Pega vs Automation Anywhere is somewhat comparable, but Pega also
requires a lot more infrastructure and a lot more experience to get up and running. There's a bigger upfront cost to get Pega and

We just did a round of price comparison on a global scale and found it's so hard to compare the license prices. But, Automation

The feature of Blue Prism that I find most valuable is the ability to build my own custom objects or use custom logic for doing the

Our company has seen crazy growth over the last 10 to 12 years. We have been up 20 percent year-over-year for that amount of

I think the most valuable thing about this product for me is that it is really quick and easy to use. You do not need to have a lot of

When implementing an RPA solution within your organization, what did you find to be the easiest process to
automate, and why?
Were you expecting the process to be easy? If not, what made it easy?
Do you think the process would have been easy with any vendor or only the vendor who you implemented with?
The easiest to automate was to download a report from one system and upload it to another. It was easy since both systems are
simple and stable. I was not expecting it to be that easy, however both systems have great performance and they react to the default
speed of our Kryon solution without the need to fine-tune it.

We have implemented unattended robotic process automation. We found the following factors affecting the automation complexity: 1.
Number of operational systems involved in the process 2. Number of required transactions 3. Number of stages in the flow 4. The
number of branches in the process – conditions that cause the flow to split. 5. The complexity of exceptions handling. 6. Quality of
Director02 cooperation with the involved business partners.

I work as a senior software engineer for a provider of healthcare technology services and solutions to healthcare
technology companies.
We are currently evaluating RPA solutions. Which is the best tool for integration with chatbots?
Thanks! I appreciate the help.
If you're talking pure integration, then IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) platforms are better suited for this. In fact, we implemented
a Microsoft chat bot integration with SAP and Salesforce for a health insurer in the US:

We currently use UiPath to do just that and have been able to experiment with various add on services from DeepGram and
[Link] For now, we have not tried BluePrism or AutomationAnywhere but that testing is in our roadmap... UiPath is the way
we are going as of now.
